Lies! I wanted to make a poster that brings to attention all the lies that happens in Mexico.
All the blood that is shed due to the Cartel and corrupt government yet nothing seems to happen.

I went with a bull as my simple object due to the fact that this whole semester
I have been using bulls as my choice of work. Since I am a huge baseball fan
I used the term bullpen to make a Sports Analyst logo. So I created a bulls head
by using the tip of a pen as the main part of the bull and just added horns and other minor details.

I wanted to go with something that speaks out as a sports analyst. So what came to mind
was the old school way with a typewriter and then also pen to paper.

I chose to do my great minds project on Stefan Sagmeister. Ever since I heard that he
had his intern carve the AIGA poster into his skin I knew that guy would be interesting.

Sequence

And here is my sequence from the first layer to the last layer.

9 Layer Image

I had fun cutting out the shapes and making a piece of artwork from it. I have never done something like this
but when Rafa mentioned it. It sounded very interesting to do.

Black and White and Corresponding Color Patterns

This project exercise also was very useful to me because it helped me
make patterns were i then applied it to my logos and packing class.

Color Composition Grids

I absolutely loved working on this project making the different gradations and what
not was so fun. I really enjoyed making the 5 variations.
